Hey everyone. If you haven't gotten a chance to check out Food Inc, it's being broadcast on PBS this week. It's tonight (Wednesday) at 8pm, Thursday at 2am, and Sunday at 11pm. It's broadcast on the P.O.V. show, so look for P.O.V., not Food, Inc. Set your DVR!

Check out http://www.pbs.org/pov/foodinc for more times.

My brother who lives in Durham, NC was in town a month ago. We had a discussion about the greater availability of organic foods. If you can go to Walmart now and buy organic products you know that the critical mass of consumers who want to eat organic has been reached.

Brenda really is terrific. These are steps anyone can follow. I like the idea of "do your best." I bought an air purifier to deal with radon. It was relatively inexpensive and it has made a huge difference.
