Pilates Mat Classes

If you're brand new to Pilates Mat, start with the Intro Mat Series. The 6 week series started Monday June 28 and ends Aug 11. We offer the 6 week series a few times each year.

You'll learn the fundamental Pilates principles and core movements. Learn modifications for neck, back, shoulder or other joint trouble. Class moves slow enough to facilitate learning for everyone. Learning the correct technique takes time. The intro mat series is also very beneficial to take as a refresher course. Call the studio to register 612 866 0832.

If you've completed an introductory course or have Pilates mat experience, try one of our multi-level mat classes. You'll work on fundamental movement and also sequencing the moves together. You'll get personal attention and help with modifications.

We recommend doing the mat class a minimum of twice weekly to make progress.
