Pilates Mat Classes

If you're new to Plates Mat or beginning level, start with our Beginning Mat Series. Next 6 week series starts Nov 14, 2011.

Mon/Wed 6:30pm with Anna

In this beginning level class, learn the basic Pilates exercises along with fundamental Pilates principles to help you do the moves correctly and safely. Learn modifications for neck, back, shoulder or other joint trouble. Class moves slow enough to facilitate learning for everyone. If you've completed an introductory course or have Pilates mat experience, try one of our multi-level mat classes. You'll work on fundamental movement and also sequencing the moves together. You'll get personal attention and help with modifications.

We recommend doing the mat class a minimum of twice weekly to make progress.
