Learn Pilates on the reformer, cadillac, chair and/or mat. It's therapeutic, it's a challenging
workout, and a journey into a new way of moving. Our Pilates trainers work successfully with people with osteoporosis, back and neck pain, knee pain, spondylolisthesis and general muscle weakness.
The fastest and most effective way to learn Pilates and start getting results is to start with private sessions. If you have back pain, osteoporosis or other disorders, Pilates private sessions highly recommended over group classes. Your trainer will steer you clear of exercises that could exacerbate your condition, and focus on exercises to help you reduce pain and gain mobility.
Reformer Classes
If you have no injuries or pain and have a moderate to high level of fitness you may be eligible to take the Pilates reformer classes after completing a minimum of 4-10 private sessions. Reformer classes are fast paced and athletic and are reserved for those who have learned the Pilates principles and are able to execute the exercises safely and with excellent technique. The Pilates exercises in the reformer classes are of a classical sequence to strengthen core muscles, improve stamina, flexibility and posture.
