Have you ever tried this diet, that diet, every diet you could find and nothing worked? Then you found one that just seemed to fit--and SUCCESS! That's how I feel about Time Out. I've tried all kinds of exercise programs and nothing really stuck. But Time Out has the right combination for me. Attractive space, a variety of classes, friendly instructors and lots of individual attention. I've always felt exercise was a chore, but here it feels fun. I enjoy all the classes. Instructors are very pleasant and encouraging. I have been in a senior exercise class outside the studio and ran out of breath. After 2 weeks at Time Out I went back and found the senior exercise routine a breeze. Orapat

I've so enjoyed the classes. I've always known how important exercise is but have procrastinated for years in finding something I enjoy doing to keep fit. Coming to the studio was much easier than I thought. I was surprised by how taking time out of my week to exercise didn't seem to negatively impact my ability to get things done. I really appreciate the atmosphere. It doesn't feel like a gym or health club which was nice for me. I feel like there might be some hope to be less stiff, stronger, and able to get down onto the floor and play comfortably with my 10 month old and carry him upstairs afterwards! I would definitely recommend this for simplicity and quality of instructors and classes. Jenny

All of the instructors are more than willing to go out of their way to help you if you are having difficulties and/or show you ways to modify the exercises to accomodate any injuries or other difficulties you may be having. I know exercise is important, especially as you get older. For me, stretching and strengthening is what I need to focus on. The classes I have taken have done that. I'm not as stiff and the dog food bag is not as heavy. PB

The staff are extremely friendly--they always use your name. there is a good variety of classes, which are taylored for all levels of fitness. The instructors are easy to follow and take the time to help us do the moves correctly. I enjoy the classes. They push me but also encourage me to work at my own pace. JF

3 weeks allowed me to get into the swing of the class routines and start to develop a habit of exercise. I see an increase in strength and stamina after only the first week. I find the people at the studio very friendly and the culture of the studiio very positive and energizing. Pete

The instructors/coaches have been very helpful and encouraging in my efforts to revitalize my motivation for more consistent exercise activities in my life. I have felt very comfortable in the classes asking about yoga positions which I know absolutely nothing about when I started.
