Our Pilates and Workout Studio in Minneapolis

offers a full service Pilates studio for private lessons and reformer classes. Two other studios are dedicated to group classes specifically intended to get you rapid results.

not a gym or health club. We offer easy-to-learn, athletic classes in a beautiful, clean environment.

No more aimless, ineffective workouts. Your instructor motivates and inspires you to do more. The hour flies by and you've worked so much harder than you would on your own....and it's fun, too!

Every Body

No problem if you're feeling out of shape or have never been to a class. We'll help you ease into your workouts and help you with proper technique. For you athletes, you'll be challenged to do more.

What to Wear?

Comfortable fitness clothes appropriate for the class you're taking. Most people wear yoga pants and an athletic top or t-shirt.

Personal Attention

You won't be lost in class. Instructors know your name and help you.

If you're looking for the cheapest prices

in a bare-bones facility, this is NOT the place for you. If you want quality instruction in a beautiful environment and you're serious about improving your health, strength, muscle tone, flexibility and losing body fat, this may be the studio for you.

How to Get Started

  1. If you want Private Pilates sessions: Call 612.866.0832 to schedule a complimentary 45 minute Pilates 101 consultation session with one of our Pilates trainers. Our staff will help you choose the right trainer for you.
  2. If you want to start classes now. Click here to choose a class package and click here to look at class schedule and descriptions. Choose a package and buy online. If you don't see what you want, call us at 612.866.032 and we can register you over the phone. We suggest starting with the 1-month ALL Classes option for $155. 
  3. You need more guidance. Call us at 612.866.0832 and ask for one of our Client Directors. After finding out your particular needs and wants, she'll help you choose the best option for you.
