It's not a free-for-all: We value our current clients who love the environment here. Therefore, everyone new to the studio is required to complete an orientation before starting classes to help preserve this special environment.

It's All Privates Sessions or Classes Whether private lessons, small group training sessions or larger group classes, no more aimless, ineffective workouts. Your instructor motivates and inspires you to do more. The hour flies by and you've worked much harder than you would on your own.

EveryBody If you're overweight, older, out of shape or have never been to a class, this is the place for you. We'll help you ease into your workouts and help you with proper technique. You'll find lots of people here just like you. Will classes be hard enough for you? Just let us know this is a concern of yours and we'll be sure you are not disappointed.

What to Wear? Comfortable fitness clothes appropriate for the class you're taking.

Personal Attention You won't be lost in class. Instructors know your name and help you. If you have injuries or joint problems, your instructor will help you with options in class.

If you're looking for the cheapest prices or the hottest place to be seen... this is NOT the place for you.

How to Get Started

  1. If you want Private Pilates or Aerial sessions: Call 612.866.0832 to speak with the front desk. You can also make a request online.
  2. If you want a small group class in a series (Beginning Pilates Mat, Reformer, Aerial, Core Fitness Roller) look on the home page for upcoming series classes or online. Or call the front desk and ask when the next class starts. They can help enroll you into class.
  3. If you want to start larger group classes now. Choose a class package, look at the class schedule and descriptions. Choose a package and buy online. If you don't see what you want, call us at 612.866.032 and we can register you over the phone. We suggest starting with the 1-month ALL Classes option for $155. 
  4. You need more guidance. Call us at 612.866.0832 and speak with the front desk. After finding out your particular needs and wants, they can help you choose the best option for you.
